This seemingly boring tape is actually covered with parallel dots that you can easily punch down to write a Braille message, which can then be stuck to any surface.
The Braille tape is ideal for all kinds of purposes, from labelling numbers on a telephone to adding an ingredients list to food. It also means you don't need any kind of special equipment in order to quickly write something in Braille, which I'm sure could help to change the way visually impaired people go about their day to day lives.
Let's hope the Braille tape becomes more than just an ingenious concept soon.
